Joseph is a facilitator and organization development specialist who has worked primarily on finding solutions to conflict between farmers and their neighbors around issues like pesticide use, economic viability, and sustainability. He has worked extensively on California water issues, particularly groundwater, and co-founded both the California Roundtable on Water and Food Supply and the Groundwater Leadership Forum. He has lived in the west county since the mid-80s and in the District since 2012.
